«At Camping Alquézar we are fully aware of the need to care for the environment and respect our surroundings. For this reason, we adopt measures that help reduce the impacts of our activity, reducing the consumption of energy, water and other resources. We take care of the forests using exclusively recycled paper, in addition to reducing its use as much as possible, using signatures and digitized documentation and sending receipts, invoices and other information through channels such as email.

We know that tourism carried out in a sustainable way can contribute to the development of our territory, and that is why we encourage everyone to join this commitment, acquiring local products, visiting artisans and traditional producers. We do our bit by betting on regional, zero kilometer and organic products that we offer in our supermarket.

We also encourage our visitors to reduce their carbon footprint by going on foot to Alquézar (just fifteen minutes from the campsite) and to discover the area through the beautiful hiking trails in the area; even carrying out the electric bicycle rental service. In addition, to finish protecting the environment, we ask that all waste be recycled in our containers of glass, plastic, generic garbage, etc., in addition to batteries with containers designed for this, such as Ecopilas”.
